Dreamy Fruit Dip

Everyone will love this thick cream cheese fruit dip. Serve it alongside apple wedges, pineapple chunks, strawberries and grapes. —Anna Beiler, Strasburg, Pennsylvania

Ingredients

  • 1 package (8 ounces) cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 cup butter, softened
  • 1/2 cup marshmallow creme
  • 1 carton (8 ounces) frozen whipped topping, thawed
  • Assorted fresh fruit

Directions

  • In a small bowl, beat cream cheese and butter until smooth. Beat in marshmallow creme. Fold in whipped topping. Serve with fruit. Store in the refrigerator.

      This was good. It’s similar to another fruit dip I make. I wasn’t sure about using the butter in it, but is was ok.

      It looked similar to the fruit dip I make. I looked at the recipe to see if it is the same. Not quite. I've never used the marshmallow creme. I use a few tablespoons of powdered sugar instead, use as much or as little as you need, to taste. I have also used this fruit dip as a cheesecake filling in white cake. It is delicious, but remember to refrigerate it.

      This is really good, and really easy. If you want a little different taste, add a little almond or lemon extract. Yummy!!

      This is similar to a fruit dip that I make that is soooooo yummy!! The only thing I do different is to use strawberry cream cheese instead of plain...delish!

      I absolutely love this dip!! I served it at a bbq I was hosting and it was an instant success!! I will be making this often. Way better than store bought!!!!

      This was great it would not let me put a star rating in but it was a 5 star. I made it for my daughters birthday and added pink food coloring. It turned out great and was a big hit.
