Ingredients

  • 1-1/2 cups Master Cookie Mix, softened
  • 1 large egg white, room temperature
  • 1/2 cup sliced almonds
  • 1 tablespoon sugar
  • 1/4 teaspoon ground cinnamon

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°. Press cookie mix into a greased 13x9-in. baking pan. Beat egg white until foamy; brush over dough. Top with almonds. Combine sugar and cinnamon; sprinkle over top.
  2. Bake until lightly browned, 18-22 minutes. Cool on a wire rack for 10 minutes. Cut into 48 triangles. Cool completely.
