  • 4 medium tomatoes, chopped
  • 1 medium onion, chopped
  • 1/4 cup chunky salsa
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon pepper
  • 1/4 cup canned chopped green chiles, optional


  1. In a large bowl, combine the tomatoes, onion, salsa, salt and pepper. Add the chiles if desired. Cover and refrigerate for several hours.
