Ingredients

  • 3 cups cooked rice
  • 1 package (10 ounces) frozen chopped spinach, thawed and squeezed dry
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 cup half-and-half cream
  • 1/2 cup chopped onion
  • 1 tablespoon butter
  • 1 teaspoon salt

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°. In a bowl, combine all ingredients. Transfer to a greased 1-1/2-qt. baking dish. Cover and bake 25-35 minutes or until heated through.
