Five-Chip Cookies
With peanut butter, oats and five kinds of chips, these cookies make a hearty snack that appeals to kids of all ages. I sometimes double the recipe to share with friends and neighbors. —Sharon Hedstrom, Minnetonka, Minnesota

One of the best cookie recipes I've ever made. I add a cup of coconut!
Crisp, rich and so good. All of everyone’s favorite chips all baked into one delicious cookie. This recipe makes a lot. I cut it in half and ended up with about 3 dozen cookies. VFE
I love this cookie recipe so much! I'm a huge fan of all the types of chips together in one cookie. Plus oats and peanut butter? Can't get much better than that! They've been a hit at home and at work.
I made these for the 1st time and this is the best tasting cookie I’ve ever baked. I didn’t have all the flavors of chips, but usedThis ratio of chips using 1/3 cups: 4 of semi sweet chips, 3 of butterscotch and 1 of Reese’s Pieces. Amazing taste and bakes up soft and chewy.
I found this cookie recipe last year at Christmas time and it's been my favorite ever since! I always make the dough the day before I bake them and refrigerate overnight. With my cookie cookie scoop, I get slightly more than 5 dozen from a single recipe. It's no fail! I will say I've not used the "5 chip" version yet - I make the dough exactly as written however for my 'mix-ins', I add one whole bag of peanut butter chips and one whole bag of mini Reece's pieces. Makes THE BEST peanut butter cookie on the planet!
I make these all the time. Made them for kids at preschool at Thanksgiving. Will be bringing them for family Christmas get together as there will be 20 of us.Have even made cookies without chocolate for people who are allergic to chocolate.
My husband is allergic to anything peanut, so we use almond or cashew b utter. I also like to use cinnamon or mint chips instead of peanut butter and butterscotch chips.
These are the perfect cookie. A little bit of everything to satisfy everyone's sweet tooth. The only change I made was I use dark brown sugar. It has a richer taste. My family loves these.
Good cookies, but for me it was almost just too much chips. I like one or two distinct flavors, not all at of them at once.
By far the best cookies ever. I am not a fan of the butterscotch chips so I just leave them out but that is just my personal taste. I call these the ultimate cookies and really if I am going to make cookies I don't even consider making anything but these.
