Five-Spice Tuna
Out of the tuna recipes I've tried, this is my favorite. I add an Asian flair to tuna steaks with amazing results. For a bolder taste, marinate the tuna for 30 minutes. —Linda Murray, Allenstown, New Hampshire

i made salmon with this recipe, it was delicious !
Didn't change any ingredients, but I grilled the tuna steaks instead of broiling them. I served the tuna steaks with the suggested Broccoli Salad and Barley Pilaf with Bacon. We enjoyed the combination of flavors very much.
