Flavorful Grilled Pork Tenderloin

Folks can find me grilling, no matter the weather. This moist pork tenderloin has loads of flavor thanks to its special spice blend, and it doesn't get much easier to make. My wife especially likes that she doesn't have to do the cooking! —Steve Ehrhart, Villa Park, Illinois

  • 3/4 teaspoon chili powder

Love the rub!!! I would suggest removing the pork at 142 or 143 degrees internal. It should raise 1 or 2 degrees but not likely more than that.

The rub in this recipe is a perfect pair with the pork. It is tender and flavorful. We didn't need any sauce on the pork while eating. Plus, this was very easy to make. I will definitely make this again.

This was so delicious I can't believe it. I googled 'grilled pork tenderloin' and all that was coming up was the Asian flavor with soy sauce and ginger. This recipe was just what I wanted. Will definitely use this one again. Very good and easy. DH grilled it up just perfect at medium rare! So moist and tasty.

My family really like this spice rub, though it's a bit salty for our taste, so I omit the 1 teaspoon salt.
