Fluffy Lemon Pie
“This pie takes minutes to prepare and is the perfect light dessert," writes Carolyn Bauers from Norfolk, Virginia. "I make it often since my husband loves it and we both need to watch our fat and cholesterol intake. My son, who's diabetic, just loves the tangy, lemon flavor.”

I agree with everyone else. Great tasting; however, 1 tsp. of the drink mix is not enough. I used 1 T. and 2 Tsp of the drink mix and it still needed more. Next time I'm going to use 2 T as there is just a faint taste of lemon. We want more.. I'm wondering if this wasn't a misprint.

I made this over the weekend and just changed it slightly to add more of the lemon drink mix (3 teaspoons) since my family likes their lemon desserts tangy. It was a hit and will be a keeper.
This pie couldn't be easier! I made it with lemon Crystal Light (adding a little more than the recipe called for based on other reviews). Delicious, light...a great summer time pie! I look forward to trying it with other Crystal Light flavors as well.

good good pie
This pie is amazing! I have made it with other flavors of Crystal Light, and my favorite way to serve it is piped into the individual sized pie crusts. Guests are always impressed with this dessert!
This is an absolutely outstanding, quick & delicious recipe. Not to mention the reduced calorie content!
