Fresh Fruit Salad

We grow our own strawberries, so our table usually features an abundance of this fruit. We gather other favorite fruits at the store and blend them with our berries for a refreshing, colorful breakfast salad. I serve the dressing on the side, so people can take as much as they want. —Jane Zielinski, Rotterdam Junction, New York

This is a nice fruit salad recipe, and I was eager to try the yogurt dip. It has quite a tang to it prepared as above - I increased the sugar to about 4 teaspoons to make it sweeter. I also added an additional 1/4 cup of yogurt to make the dip a little thicker. The dip was a nice addition and my family loved it!

Love this salad, it was easy to put together! The only thing i did different was leaving out the kiwi and i put in blackberries in instead.

Light and refreshing. I didn't have any bananas and so substituted a can of mandarin oranges which worked well.
