Fresh Fruit Sauce

I made this for my sour cherries. I didn't have quite enough honey so I substituted half corn syrup. I made a triple batch and threw in an extra cup of cherries, so 7 cups of fruit. It tastes divine. I will freeze some in mason jars. I plan to serve it over sliced pound cake and a little fresh fruit with whipped cream.
