Frozen Blueberry-Mint Margarita

  • 1 lime wedge
  • Coarse sugar, optional
  • 1-1/2 ounces blanco tequila
  • 1 ounce Triple Sec
  • 1/2 ounce freshly-squeezed lime juice
  • 1 cup frozen unsweetened blueberries
  • 4 fresh mint leaves
  • Fresh blueberries, optional


  • Moisten rim of 1 cocktail glass with lime wedge. If desired, sprinkle sugar on a plate; dip rim in sugar.
  • In a blender, combine tequila, Triple Sec, lime juice, blueberries and mint. Puree until smooth. Pour into prepared glasses. Garnish with lime wedges, blueberries and additional mint sprigs if desired.
