Ingredients

  • 12 ounces cream cheese, softened
  • 1/4 cup sugar
  • 1/4 cup mayonnaise
  • 2 cans (8 ounces each) crushed pineapple, drained
  • 1 can (14 ounces) whole-berry cranberry sauce
  • 2 cups whipped topping

Directions

  1. Beat cream cheese, sugar and mayonnaise until smooth. Fold in remaining ingredients; spoon into a foil-lined 8x4-in loaf pan. Cover and freeze 8 hours or overnight. Remove from freezer 5 minutes before slicing.
