Fudgy Layered Irish Mocha Brownies
My husband and I are big fans of Irish cream, so I wanted to incorporate it into a brownie. I started with my mom's brownie recipe, then added frosting and ganache. This decadent recipe is the result, and we really enjoy them! —Sue Gronholz, Beaver Dam, Wisconsin

I love this recipe! It has my favorite flavor combinations, chocolate, coffee, Irish cream. It's decadent but I only have one piece a day. I made mine in a nine inch springform pan. Would recommend for someone who wants a real treat!
Way too sweet! I should have known when the recipe calls for 3 cups of sugar for 16 servings...not even including the sugar in the chocolate and Irish cream. That is essentially a quarter cup sugar for a tiny brownie! We all took one bite & dumped the entire pan. I hardly ever give negative reviews, but this was just terrible. Save your time and money.
They were very easy to put together, as an extra bonus I chopped up chocolate covered mint Oreo cookies on top of the ganache layer. I like the fact that this recipe does a brownie from scratch, not a box mix. I recommend it for a great St. Patrick's Day dessert.
Very disappointing - these are so sweet we tossed them, and I have a big sweet tooth! Could hardly taste the Irish Cream : (
