Garlic Lime Salmon

This moist and tender fish is lightly seasoned, so leftovers work well in other recipes. —Gail Uchwat, Sand Springs, Oklahoma

Love it! But sorry, after making "as written" - I just had to change it. Too much oil. Changed to olive oil and used only a 1/4 cup, used rind and juice of one lime, 2 cloves of garlic. Onion as per recipe.

I made this before and it was a fine idea of seasonings. To make the seasoning a little stronger, I only used 1/4 cup canola oil (I used olive oil just cause I do for fish). While salmon needs to stay moist while cooking I didn't feel it needed so much oil.

Good and easy, but would try marinating for a while first to try and boost the flavor.
