Goat Cheese and Spinach Stuffed Chicken

Spectacular! 10/10. This is a new favorite recipe for special occasions. We served it with some rice as well. All I could find were smoked julienned sun-dried tomatoes but the smoked flavor worked really well with the asparagus and goat cheese. I doubled the recipe and ended up having more than enough filling for 6 chicken breasts that were each about 5 oz. All of the cooking times were spot-on.
