  • 1 cup quick-cooking oats
  • 1/2 cup packed brown sugar
  • 1/4 cup peanut butter
  • 1/4 cup butter, softened
  • Ice cream


  • In a bowl, combine oats and brown sugar. Stir in peanut butter and butter until mixture resembles coarse crumbs. Sprinkle over ice cream.
