Ground Beef Macaroni Casserole
My mom often made this casserole when I was growing up, and it was one of my favorite meals. It tastes terrific with a salad and rolls. —Judy Hluchy, Mt. Prospect, Illinois

This was fabulous. I used Cream of Celery since I did not have Cream of Chicken and I think I like it better. I also used Ziti as I did not have elbows:). I seasoned meat with salt, pepper, and added minced garlic into middle of pan when I was draining meat. Let it cook for 1 minute and added meat back in. Then sauce and let simmer awhile. Follow rest of recipe. Family said please make again. Very easy also for a week night. Had a little left over because it was filling. Was really good reheated 2 days later! Thank you poster. I have another favorite on my list.
This was a very easy and delicious recipe! I did add some salt and pepper and some Italian seasoning to the meat while it was cooking. Adding the cream of chicken gave the dish a richness and creaminess that was yummy!
This was fantastic. We LOVED it, and it is so quick. It is very flavorful and we are craving it again already. Everyone loved it! Will make again and again.
I am not sure why this recipe has so many positive reviews. I followed the recipe the letter. This is blah and bland! Save your ground beef, save your can of soup, save yourself and make something else.
My grandsons won't eat anything with pieces of onion so I blend the onion with tomato sauce before adding to the dish. Very good after school, cold day dish.
You can be sure I'll be making again and again for my husband and myself. I do not salt anything so will leave out. Definitely will add garlic powder along with onion. YUM!
Good but not a lot of flavor. Definately needs a garlic roll. Will make again but use a pizza sauce for the tomato sauce. I cut the recipe in half and would serve more than the four suggested.
I didn't have the exact ingredients on hand, so I prepared this dish with unsalted butter, 1% milk and unsalted tomato sauce. I added about a 1/2 tsp additional salt to the beef mixture. Also used a sprinkle of dried parsley instead of fresh. I thought it was very good!
really great cold weather day quick and tasty meal just add a salad and you are set
This was just ok. A lot like Mac n cheese with beef. Easy to make though, and definitely edible, just not fantastic.
