Ham Biscuits with White Cheddar

Salty ham and fluffy biscuits combined with tender apples, spicy mustard and tangy cheddar for a sweet and savory sandwich. To speed things up, use prepared biscuits instead of making them from scratch. —Amanda Reed, Nashville, Tennessee
