These are amazing! The dough is a little tough to work with and is pretty dense but definitely worth the effort. I was very concerned putting them into the oven that they were going to turn out like hockey pucks. WRONG! They are light, moist, and absolutely delicious. Be sure to double the batch of the peach/horseradish/wasabi sauce. It is so amazing that we went through the first batch only halfway through the scones. I feel like the possibilities are endless with this recipe. I can easily see subbing bacon, adding chives and/or changing up the type of cheese you use. As is - this recipe is perfect. Definitely a fan favorite in our household!
