Ingredients

  • 4 eggs, lightly beaten
  • 2 cups dry bread crumbs
  • 1/2 cup 2% milk
  • 3 teaspoons salt
  • 3 teaspoons dried thyme
  • 1 teaspoon pepper
  • 4 pounds lean ground beef (90% lean)

Directions

  1. In a large bowl, combine the first six ingredients. Crumble beef over mixture and mix well.
  2. Divide into four portions; place in freezer containers. Freeze for up to 3 months. Thaw in the refrigerator before using.
