I wanted to try something new with bruschetta, so I added red grapes, pistachios, Gorgonzola cheese and French herbs. The little appetizers go over well any time of year.

I wasn't sure about the flavor profile in this recipe but decided to make it anyway. I am glad that I did - it was amazing!! Nice complex flavors and textures. It was a mouthful of joy! This is a very adaptable recipe - you can easily add other fresh herbs to this, like basil, mint, or oregano - if you do not have Herbes de' Provence. Really GREAT recipe, thank you for sharing! :-)
