Nice flavor. Chicken is moist but well cooked. Enjoyed the lemon zest with the rest of the ingredients
This is an easy preparation. I let mine marinade for a couple of hours and the chicken came out juicy and tasty!
Not good! My wife loves balsamic vinegar, so I thought I would try this. But it’s way to much balsamic! Reduce that by half and maybe it would be better. I couldn’t eat this.
OK... So if we want to do in the oven.. Instructions? ??

I liked this recipe; it was quick and easy to make. The balsamic gave the chicken a tang! I used chicken tenderloins rather than thighs, but it wouldn't change the recipe at all. I used dried herbs, since that's what I had. Not a bad recipe for a quick dinner!
