Hot Almond N Cream Drink

Just a few sips of this drink, with its rich almond flavor, will warm you up in a hurry. I'm the food service manager for a Christian camp and it's a favorite each year at our Christmas party. —Kaye Kirsch, Bailey, Colorado

This stuff is awesome. We own a coffeehouse and I make a batch of the base up to keep on hand, then we mix it with steamed milk and top with whipped cream and sliced almonds It rocks!

I brought this to a potluck at work, everyone was drinking coffee so we added a 1/4 cup to the coffee instead of the water. YUM! Everyone wanted the recipe. Even one woman who doesn't care for almonds liked it.
