Instant Pot Clam Chowder
Clam chowder is especially tasty when it's served with a sprinkle of fresh thyme, bacon crumbles and crispy oyster crackers on top. If you like your chowder on the thick side, add another tablespoon of flour after it is done in the pressure cooker. —Taste of Home Test Kitchen

I made this in my instant pot and it turned out so good. This could be made in a regular pot, I do not find there to be any more work or dishes using my instant pot and I had time to wash my prep dishes and make biscuits while it was pressure cooking. I did not make any changes aside from adding hot sauce to my own bowl. The most work here is chopping the vegetables, once that's done everything comes together so quickly. Thanks for the recipe I will make this again.
You don't really need a pressure cooker for this recipe. It just adds a lot of unnecessary busywork unless you actually need to tenderize something. Diced potatoes cook rapidly right on the stovetop. The recipe itself sounds good
The soup was really good! I made a few changes but not many. Yummy.
I loved this recipe and so did my husband. He is pretty picky, so that makes it a great recipe for me. He doesn't like the texture of cooked onion and I didn't have garlic on hand. I added a couple tablespoons of granulated onion and 1 teaspoon of granulated garlic instead. I would add just a bit more cream (or milk) next time as it was thicker than I like. I will make it again.
