Jalapeno Ranch Dip

Ranch dressing got its start on a real dude ranch in California. Punch up the Western original with green salsa, green chilies, jalapenos and cilantro for more color and spice. Serve the dip along with your favorite wings to feed a crowd. —Lindsay Duke, Goodrich, Texas

This is very similar to a creamy jalapeño sauce at one of our favorite Mexican restaurants. The flavor is pretty mild, which suits out taste perfectly. If you want more heat, you can always increase the amount of jalapeños, and include the seeds!! BFE

Good dip to serve with wings to give them a bit of a different flavor. Spice level was low, despite the jalapenos.

Excellent dip, can add heat by replacing green chilies with fresh chopped jalapeno. Yum!
