Excellent meal! My husband and kids eat it with hamburger buns, while I enjoy mixing the meat and the broccoli slaw as a salad.
Loved these! Great weeknight dinner, with some spice but not too much and the slaw topping is a great extra crunch.
made this today. Substituted ground turkey for ground beef. Served over cooked Bulgar wheat. Fun thing about sloppy Joe's filling is that it goes nice with anything you have on hand, like chips or potatoes. Enjoy this version of Sloppy Joe's. I did.
This was excellent! Next time I know to double the recipe. I added extra sriracha because we like it spicy. Thanks for the recipe!
