Lemon Garlic Bread

  • 1 loaf (1 pound) French bread
  • 1/2 cup butter, melted
  • 2 tablespoons grated Parmesan cheese
  • 4 teaspoons lemon juice
  • 1 tablespoon grated lemon zest
  • 1 garlic clove, minced
  • 1/4 teaspoon pepper


  • Cut bread diagonally into 1-in. slices. Combine the remaining ingredients; brush over cut sides of bread. Wrap loaf in foil. Bake at 400° for 15-20 minutes or until heated through.
