Lemon-Garlic Grilled Chicken

Ingredients

  • 2 tablespoons lemon juice
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 garlic clove, minced
  • 1/2 teaspoon dried oregano
  • 1/8 teaspoon cayenne pepper
  • 4 boneless skinless chicken breast halves (4 ounces each)

Directions

  • In a large resealable plastic bag, combine the first five ingredients; add chicken. Seal bag and turn to coat; refrigerate for up to 1 hour.
  • Drain and discard marinade. Using long-handled tongs, moisten a paper towel with cooking oil and lightly coat the grill rack. Grill chicken, covered, over medium heat or broil 4 in. from the heat for 4-7 minutes on each side or until juices run clear.
