I usually have the ingredients on hand for this lemony dish that’s ready in a jiff. I use tilapia, but this method peps up any white fish. —Jill Thomas, Washington, Indiana

Ingredients

  • 6 tilapia fillets (6 ounces each)
  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • 2 teaspoons grated lemon zest
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 1 teaspoon garlic salt
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 1/2 teaspoon freshly ground pepper
  • 1/4 cup minced fresh parsley

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 425°. Place tilapia in a 15x10x1-in. baking pan. In a microwave, melt butter; stir in lemon zest and juice. Drizzle over fish; sprinkle with garlic salt, paprika and pepper.
  2. Bake, uncovered, until fish just begins to flake easily with a fork, 10-12 minutes. Sprinkle with parsley.
