Lemon Red Potatoes

Butter, lemon juice, parsley and chives enhance this simple side dish. I usually prepare these potatoes when I'm having company. Since they cook in the slow cooker, there's plenty of room on the stove for other dishes. —Tara Branham, Austin, Texas

I've been making these for more than 30 years. Great when having company--looks like you worked hard at something so easy

These were really great! Did them on the stove top instead of in the slow cooker. Who ever thought that lemon and potatoes would play nice together? But they do. I threw in some of our home-grown dill as well.

Thank you for an excellent recipe, the potatoes cooked perfect in the slow cooker, I used a garlic herb seasoning in place of salt and pepper. Easy and delicious recipe.
