Lemon Spaghetti

My family loves everything lemon and everything pasta. So when I came across this recipe, it was an instant favorite. The refreshing flavor is especially good with seafood. —Cori Cooper, Boise, Idaho

A nice change from rice or potato side dishes. I used linguini instead of spaghetti. You can add more lemon and cheese if you want a stronger sauce. It tasted great as leftovers, after the flavors had some time to meld.

Had that lemony taste but very dry. Even the next day it tasted the same.
