Let’s Get Together Thai Shrimp

My husband and I make a point to have at least one date night every week. When we eat in, this is our favorite dish. It’s quick and easy, and super satisfying. —Marie Saba, San Antonio, Texas

Amazing recipe! I had a lb of shrimp so o upped all the other ingredients slightly. I also added a tad more oil to the pan after I removed the shrimp and sautéed just the curry powder (I used probably a Tbsp) for about 60-90 seconds before I added the rest of the sauce ingredients. Served it over brown rice. Hubby says it’s a keeper, and I agree!
