Lobster Bisque
My grandmother would make lobster bisque all the time, so it's always been a comforting recipe to me. If you don't care to cook live lobsters, they can usually cook it where you buy them. This sounds delicious. I plan to try it as a basic recipe with a variety of seafood. I can't get live lobsters where I live. Even frozen it's quite expensive and often not worth the price.. .
