Have made this twice - the first time I thought I'd not followed the recipe. The second time I was very careful. The frozen margarita mix is not available in this area so after some on-line research I substituted frozen limeade both times. Both cakes were OK - not great. Both took much longer to bake (15 minutes approx) until a probe inserted in center came out clean despite the edges pulling away from the sides of the pan, normally a sign the cake is done. Cake is very lime-y - perhaps if I try it again, I'll use the on the shelf margarita mix. Cake batter is very thick and fills a 12 cup bundt pan - don't try using the smaller 10 cup version shown in the photo!
To Robbin: Nordic Ware has a wide variety of bundt pans including the one used to bake this cake.

This is hands-down the best Bundt cake I've tasted! The flavor is strong and citrusy and the texture is tender and moist!
