This is a simple but tasty way to perk up cauliflower. I was skeptical that it would be as satisfying as mashed potatoes, but was pleasantly surprised at how nice a side dish this was. I substituted cream for the 2% milk, to add just a touch more of creaminess.
This was simple to make. It was very tasty as is. However, for personal preference I added a little extra butter and pepper.
