Mini Barbecued Ham Sandwiches

  • 1 cup chili sauce
  • 1/2 cup water
  • 2 tablespoons sugar
  • 2 tablespoons cider vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 pound fully cooked ham, very thinly sliced
  • 24 dinner rolls, split


  • In a large saucepan, combine the first six ingredients. Bring to a boil. Reduce heat; simmer, uncovered, for 6-8 minutes or until slightly thickened. Stir in ham; heat through. Serve on rolls.
