Mini Meat Loaf Sheet-Pan Meal
I grew up with this meat loaf recipe, but I adapted it to mini meatloaves so that it would bake more quickly. The sauce topping is always a hit. I added the potatoes and asparagus to make the meal easier. —Deanne Johnson, Reading, Pennsylvania

I e made this a couple of times. It’s so easy and good.
This was a great recipe, making mini loaves allowed me to have onions in half of them, pleasing everyone at the table. Will definitely make these again. I added the sauce half way through and cooked the potatoes in a separate pan.
Loved the meatloaf. I roasted Brussels sprouts with the meatloaf...will definitely make this often!
It was delish!! My boyfriend and I loved these. I would probably brush the sauce on the loaves for the last 25 minutes of baking next time, because the sauce seemed to lose a lot of flavor and was a bit gluey by the time it left the oven.
My family love these mini meatloafs.
Great meal! Loved that it was all on one sheet pan. Yummy and easy!
I made this dish for visiting family. I substituted fresh green bans, because no one, except me likes asparagus (weirdos). Everyone raved about it..
Tasty, easy dinner . I used green beans , Brussels sprouts and butternut squash instead of asparagus. Delish!
Great weeknight meal, 1 dish with everything. I used garlic powder and parsley in my beef and fresh green beans. Use aluminum foil to line pan.
This was delicious! Instead of 1.5 lbs of ground beef, I used 1 lb of ground beef and 1/2 lb of sausage. I also addd cauliflower and roasted them with the asparagus in a separate pan so we could have more vegetables. I would recommend cooking the meat loaves on some non-stick aluminum foil. It made a sticky mess on the pan.
