Mustard Pretzel Dip Tips

Can you make this mustard pretzel dip ahead of time?

Yes. It needs to be refrigerated for at least 30 minutes before serving, but you could prepare it a day or two in advance. Simply store it in the refrigerator in an airtight container until you're ready to serve. If you're planning a party, make sure to check out these other addictive dip recipes.

What else can you pair with this mustard pretzel dip?

In addition to soft pretzels (and soft beer pretzel nuggets), you can pair this dip with chicken strips, potato wedges or beer-braised ham sandwiches.

How can you avoid creating a grainy texture in this mustard pretzel dip?

Look for a smooth mustard. Avoid anything that says "course ground" or "whole grain" on the label. Since you need an entire cup of prepared mustard for this dip, any texture will transfer to the finished recipe.
