Old-Fashioned Scalloped Pineapple

My deliciously different dressing goes well with turkey or ham. It's also good for dessert with a little cream poured over the top! —Nancy Brown, Dahinda, Illinois

This is very tasty and easy to make. It smells so good when it’s baking too! I added a bit of cinnamon, nutmeg, and ginger. Based on other review I decreased sugar to 1 1/2 cups. Next time, I’ll try 1 cup.

We love pineapple, so I thought I'd give this a try, and its tasty.. Next time, will reduce sugar to maybe one cup, and I added some chopped marachino cherries for color. Good dessert, and quick, too.
