Orange-Chip Cranberry Bread

Tart berries, crunchy nuts and sweet chocolate are simply scrumptious when mixed together in this easy quick bread. Sometimes I'll top it off with an orange-flavored glaze. —Donna Smith, Fairport, New York

Love this recipe. I can get 4 mini loaves from this. Because I have a small oven, I bake for 20 min. Then rotate the pan and bake another 20 min. Everybody loves it, even folks who jav never had it before.

I used white chocolate chips and this sweet, tart "bread" is really delicious! I'll definitely make it again.
