Parmesan Butter

Basic butter is fine for everyday dining. But when I want to serve guests something a little nicer, I reach for this Parmesan butter.

    3/4 cup


  • 1/2 cup butter, softened
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 garlic clove, minced
  • 1 teaspoon dried thyme
  • 1/2 teaspoon coarsely ground pepper
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt


  • In a small bowl, combine all ingredients. Store in the refrigerator.
