Pea Pods with Onion

Delicious and simple. I used half the butter and added garlic, soy sauce and a little sriracha sauce.
This recipe is good for a starter but I added 2T soy sauce, 2 garlic cloves, chopped, 1 tsp powdered ginger, and crushed pepper. Sometimes that is all I'll eat for lunch. Delicious and still easy!
