Ingredients

  • 1 cup heavy whipping cream
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 4 medium peaches, halved and pitted
  • 1 cup sliced fresh strawberries
  • 1 large banana, peeled and sliced
  • 1/4 cup packed brown sugar

Directions

  • In a small bowl, beat cream until it begins to thicken. Add vanilla; beat until soft peaks form. Arrange fruit on a platter; top with whipped cream. Sprinkle with brown sugar.
