Ingredients

  • 1 cup buttermilk
  • 3 cups fresh or frozen unsweetened sliced peaches, thawed
  • 1 cup vanilla ice cream, softened
  • 1/4 cup sugar
  • 3/4 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • Optional: Whipped cream and additional sliced peaches

Directions

  1. Place the first 5 ingredients in a blender; cover and process until smooth. Pour into chilled glasses; serve immediately. If desired, top with whipped cream and additional sliced peaches.
