Peanut Butter Silk Pie

Ingredients

  • 3/4 cup peanut butter
  • 4 ounces cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup confectioners' sugar
  • 1 carton (8 ounces) frozen whipped topping, thawed
  • 1 graham cracker crust (9 inches)
  • Salted chopped peanuts
  • Optional: Additional whipped topping, chocolate sauce and peanut butter sauce

Directions

  • In a large bowl, beat the peanut butter, cream cheese and confectioners' sugar until smooth. Fold in whipped topping; pour into prepared crust. Refrigerate at least 2 hours before serving. Sprinkle with peanuts and, if desired, top with additional whipped topping, chocolate sauce and peanut butter sauce.

    really quick and easy. Like other comments, I did double the amount to fill the graham cracker crust to the top.

    I found doubling the recipe worked for a full 9 inch pie pan. It was very very good and easy pesy.

    My husband said that it was better than one of our favorite restaurants peanut butter pie, which we are addicted to! My guests raved about it! I drizzled a little chocolate syrup over it to make it pretty and to add a little chocolate flavor, but it was awesome even without that!!

    Very tasty! I definitely recommend sprinkling chopped peanuts over the top for extra flavor and crunch. I sometimes add 12 oz. of whipped topping (instead of 8) in order ot make a thicker pie - still looks and tastes great. This pie is very easy and will please the peanut butter lovers (like me!0.
