Pico de Gallo

This easy pico de gallo recipe is a classic for good reason. It pairs with just about everything! My tip is to let it chill for an hour or two before serving to help the flavors blend. Also, it's best to serve it the same day that it's made. —Jeannie Trudell, Del Norte, Colorado

We love this recipe. We used it to my I two birds but adding a couple of scoops of it into avocados to make guacamole. It's even better the next day.??

Add a pinch of cumin powder, too.

This is so delicious! I put it on tacos, burritos and I ate half of it with tortilla chips.
