Pineapple-Coconut Smoothie

  • 1 package (16 ounces) frozen pineapple chunks
  • 1 cup (8 ounces) frozen mango chunks
  • 1/2 cup unsweetened finely shredded coconut
  • 3 pitted dates
  • 3 cups coconut milk


  • Pulse all ingredients in a blender until smooth. Serve immediately.

    It was like having a virgin pina colada except for the dates and mangoes. The dates give a healthy, natural sweetness as well as the mangoes although the mangoes can be left out without compromising flavor. So good though!

    Wow! I like to experiment with different fruits and this recipe become a really fresh idea for these ingredients :) And of course, I use my blender for this, that i choose from here
