I love to make and give as gifts or to have on hand when I have out of town visitors staying with me. It goes over big every time.
Hubby asked me to bake a cake or sweet bread for a businesses meeting and I gave this delicious loaf a try. Delicious, moist and it was so easy to prepare. The two loaves were gobbled up by all the departments head..Need to make it again..
I found this on Pinterest and thought it looked good. I gave it a try and it was INCREDIBLE! I served it for dessert after dinner and it was perfect If I had ice cream or whipped cream to top it, I think that would have been very tasty as well! BUT, honestly it stood on its own. Would be a great breakfast brunch item. I think it might be good toasted, will try that with the ones I have in the oven right now.
You have to try this....super moist and delicious. But I warn you, you won't stop with just a slice!
