Pork and Asparagus Sheet-Pan Dinner
When time is of the essence, it's nice to have a quick and easy meal idea in your back pocket. Not only is it delicious, but you can clean it up in a flash. —Joan Hallford, North Richland Hills, Texas

Easy but the potatoes did need microwaved or baked ahead of time. I microwaved mine for 4 min and 25 min bake time still wasn't enough for them. The pork chops were tender at 25 min and I used a steak and chop seasoning and broccoli.
Easy and delicious!
It was the best freaking sheet pan dinner. I do alot of sheet pan with my family and this was perfect!! Will keep this going !
My husband made this last night. It was absolutely delicious. He cooked it for 25 minutes. Everything was perfect. The pork was very tender. We could t find the southwestern seasoning in the stores so we found a recipe for that and made the seasoning. The meal couldn’t have been better.
It was okay. I followed what others below did with the potatoes: baked them first for 15 minutes before adding the rest. Our favorite part was the apples. The pork sadly was overcooked and not enough seasoning.
Awful at best. potatoes were hard, pork was over cooked and tough. All these things a'rent meant to be cooked together. I kinda thought it was too easy, and it was.
I made this yesterday...fantastic!! I'll make it next time using broccoli instead of asparagus.
We are going to have to try this again. My husband was helping me get it into the oven because I had to leave for a meeting. A couple of things were overlooked. The seasoning on the pork chops and the apples being peeled. The asparagus was cooked perfectly. The potatoes were good, a little too soft for our liking so a little bigger chunks next time (they were 1/2" this time). Also worth noting that I used red potatoes since new potatoes are hard to find here. When I came home and saw the chops so pale, I asked him about it because it looked nothing like the picture. He said he it didn't say to do anything. I guess he stopped reading the recipe. It's all good. I like one sheet dinners and hope that after we try again it will be an alternate to the chicken one we enjoy.
Turned out perfect the first time, easy to make, easy clean up!
The apples added a delicious sauce for the pork. I did not peel apples but just cut into one-inch pieces. My husband said this was a keeper recipe.
