Portobello and Chickpea Sheet-Pan Supper

This was a wonderful meal and very easy to make and with great flavor. Next time I make it, I will probably cook the chickpeas only about 5 minutes before adding the other ingredients so they will be less dry. I definitely will be making this again.
A tasty meatless sheet pan dish. The balsamic made all the difference -- definitely a must for great flavor! You can even slice the mushrooms and serve in sandwiches with melted cheese. So good!
I cooked as suggested but added a teaspoon of turmeric. So favorable. I also added a zucchini. Will make this again.
